How much does it cost me, how do I pay, and do I need to pay a deposit?

Little Tigers charge a day rate of £50 all inclusive. There is NO hidden fee's. This includes, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and any admissions. Payment is accepted via BACs, or any of the Government schemes. A deposit is required to secure your space (this is on a first come first served basis) this is fully refundable on your first months invoice. Your deposit is NOT refundable if you choose to not start at Little Tigers.
Do you offer a settling in period ?

Yes, I like the children to feel relaxed and comfortable with me on their first big day. Little Tigers offers two settling in sessions at 3 hours each this is suited around the schedule of your child to ensure everything runs smoothly. These are FREE of charge.
Do I need to pay if my child is sick / on holiday ?

YES! if your child is sick or you are on holiday full fee applies. If Little Tigers is closed for what ever reason NO fee applies.
What times / days are you open?

Little Tigers opens at 7.30am and closes at 5.30pm. You are welcome to drop off / collect as an when during these times. We are open Monday to Friday all year.
What availability does Little Tigers have?

How long have you been working with children / open?

Little Tigers opened in February 2017 and welcomed lots of little ones from 6 months to school age. I have also brought up my own two children who are now both teenagers so I have a wealth of experience,. Your little bundle of joy is in safe hands, I promise.
what qualifications / training do you have?

I have the following qualifications. Training is updated regularly to ensure I comply with the government guidelines at all times. I have also been approved by Ofsted to be a registered childminder. Level 3 diploma in Early Years Education. Safeguarding Lead practitioner (updated every 3 years) Paediatric First Aid (updated every 3 years) Prevent Training (updated every 3 years) English as a additional language Yoga and mindfulness E- safety Autism and social communication difficulties
What ages of other children will my child be mixing with?

Little Tigers offers care for children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years. Your child could be mixing with any age in that bracket, this would be dependant on what ages I have at your start date
How many children do you care for at Little Tigers ?

At Little Tigers we care for up to 4 children at any one time. This ensures that all the children get the attention they need at all times.
Do you go on outings?

YES! we love to be out and about. We go all over Norfolk and into Suffolk to visit various places, the children learn so much while out and about.
How do you deal with children that misbehave?

Well all children have the odd moment or two a being naughty. At Little Tigers we have simple rules that are easy to follow. We say what we mean by speaking clearly. I teach the children how to solve conflict and problems. Teaching the children to say sorry is a great skill to lean.
Where will my child sleep?

At Little Tigers we have several options for your little one this is accommodated to their / your requirements. We have several options: upstairs in a cot (with a monitor in the room) pushchair that lays fully flat Sleep mats
